Daniel Perez
President and Chief Executive Officer
In his more than twenty-eight years of experience in electronics manufacturing, Mr. Perez has served in key management roles for leading global companies. Prior to joining Nu Visions, now OnCore, Daniel was executive vice president for Solectron Corporation. During his twelve years with Solectron he held senior positions in account management, sales and marketing, supply chain management, operations, strategic planning and administration. In that time, Solectron's sales grew from $265 million to $18.7 billion. Before Solectron, Daniel held a number of management positions at IBM, working in materials planning and logistics, manufacturing and corporate administration. Daniel holds a masters degree in business administration from the Anderson School of Business at the University of California, Los Angeles, and a bachelor's degree in political science, also from UCLA. Mr. Perez is also vice chairman of the Tech Museum of Innovation and Joint Venture Silicon Valley.
Sajjad Malik
Chief Operating Officer
Sajjad is recognized for his innovations in the electronics manufacturing services industry, and brings more than twenty-one years of experience within the industry to OnCore. He spent much of his career in senior management positions with Solectron Corporation. As Solectron's vice president and general manager for the global business unit, Sajjad was responsible for integrating seven manufacturing and technology sites into one effective business unit. He delivered record revenue growth during his tenure compared with all other entities within the corporation. Sajjad also established Solectron's first account executive role for a multi-billion dollar customer, driving revenue growth and market share with new product design wins from that customer during a period of extreme constraints. Sajjad has a masters degree from the University of Santa Clara and a bachelor of science from California State University.
Shubham Maheshwari
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Maheshwari is a twenty year veteran of electronics industry with broad expertise in financial planning and analysis, mergers and acquisitions, investor relations, treasury and accounting. Most recently, Shubham was Senior Vice President of Finance for Spansion Inc., where he was instrumental in Spansion’s restructuring efforts and subsequent public offering of equity and various debt transactions. Prior to that, he worked for 11 years at KLA-Tencor Corporation, a Fortune 500 company, where he held a number of senior positions including Vice President - Corporate Development, Corporate Controller, FP&A, and product division finance head. Prior to KLA-Tencor, Shubham worked at American Airlines, Britannia Industries, and Glaxo Pharmaceuticals. Shubham holds a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi, India as well as an MBA from Wharton Business School.
Keith Butler
Executive Vice President North American Operations
Mr. Butler co-founded Veritek in 1979 and served as its President. After selling the business to REMEC in 1997, Keith served as President of the resulting Global EMS division of REMEC until 2005. In July of 2005 he completed the acquisition of the EMS division from REMEC, re-forming the company as Veritek Manufacturing Services. With over 25 years experience in the electronics manufacturing industry, Keith brings to OnCore an unyielding focus on customer satisfaction and a passion for quality manufacturing solutions.
Brad Tesch
Senior Vice President Sales and Marketing
Mr. Tesch served as Chief Operating Officer of VMS, LLC, a division of Veritek Manufacturing Services, from October 2006 until the merger with NuVisions, now OnCore. Brad served as COO of Dynamic Details, Inc. from March 2005 to October 2006, responsible for the daily operations and financial performance of its six locations, and as Vice President, Value Add for the Company’s DDI Value Added divisions. From June 1997 to August 2000, Brad served as Vice President Operations for Hi Tech Manufacturing, which later became SMTC, a provider of electronic manufacturing services, responsible for manufacturing, quality, engineering and materials management. During this period Hi-Tech grew from a start-up to over $160M of revenue, capped by its acquisition of the Zenith manufacturing facility in Chihuahua, Mexico. From August 1990 to June 1997, Mr. Tesch served as Hi Tech’s Director of Engineering/Manufacturing, responsible for production and engineering outputs.
Zareen Mohta
Vice President Human Resources
Zareen has extensive experience in all aspects of human resource management including developing world-wide talent recruiting strategies and programs, design and implementation of HRIS database systems, setting up legal and compliance structures in international entities and developing and implementing executive compensation programs in conjunction with the board of directors. Zareen has worked directly for the CEO at California Micro Devices and lead and was responsible for the transfer of California Micro Device employees to On Semiconductor as part of the company acquisition.
