Teri Willoughby
Engineering Data Technician

Teri Willoughby started her career as a production employee in 2004 when the Longmont facility was named DDI. She later moved into a Document Control Clerk position in 2006, completing all functions of the department by herself for four years.
Currently, Teri is an Engineering Data Technician and feels this role and the responsibilities that come along with it, have been her biggest accomplishment. Moving into the Engineering department last year has allowed her to learn Valor, a difficult software system. Valor translates customer data into Gerber files for engineering, inspection drawings for the production floor and CAD data for the test department.
Teri expressed many aspects she enjoys about working with OnCore. Some include the people she interacts with everyday, the challenges and the opportunity to grow with the company and learn new things.
Teri is an excellent example of a flexible, loyal and committed employee, reflecting many OnCore values by her ability to embrace change, integrity and teamwork with others. When asked about OnCore’s mission, Teri said, “I feel that what I do for customers helps to create accurate and quality product for them. Providing feedback to customers when there are inconsistencies and helping them with their product data ensures consistent and quality product.”
Teri celebrated her seven year anniversary on March 15 by taking the day off. She is excited for the move into the new building and to continue enhancing her abilities.
