Fred Montoya enables growth, customer service, as new CFO, Senior VP

Springfield MA, April 2, 2009 — OnCore Manufacturing Services today announced the appointment of Mr. Fred Montoya to the position of Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President, Supply Chain. Mr. Montoya previously served as Senior Vice President, Supply Chain and Information Technology.

A widely recognized global supply chain leader and innovator, Mr. Montoya brings a unique blend of financial and supply chain experience to OnCore. As a vice president of Dell Inc., Fred was responsible for worldwide logistics and fulfillment. His contributions significantly enhanced Dell’s reputation as one of the world’s best supply chains.

Prior to joining Dell, Fred served as Vice President, Logistics and Fulfillment Systems, IBM Technology Group. At IBM, Fred led various global organizations, including material management, global logistics, warranty/service management, finance and IT systems development and deployment. He served as the controller for the IBM International and Procurement Distribution Organization and as Controller for the IBM Distribution Division. He has also served as Vice President, Logistics and Fulfillment Systems, IBM Technology Group.
